Section 4(1) in Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious Institutions (Officers and Servants) Service Rules, 1964
(1)Every person appointed to a non-hereditary post in a religious institution carrying a monthly salary of not less than ninety rupees shall, before entering service, produce a certificate of fitness from a Civil Assistant Surgeon to the satisfaction of the appointing authority.
