Section 26(ii) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Rules, 2008
(ii)no member of the registered society shall be appointed if he suffers from any of the disqualifications specified in rule 23 and if any such member incurs any of the said disqualifications he shall cease to be in the sub-committee.
