Section 12(1) in The Collection of Entertainment Duty on Cable Television (including Entertainments Duty leviable or Direct-to-Home (DTH) Broadcasting Service) by Way of Public Auction Rules, 2003
(1)If the agent enters into partnership or sublets or transfers or assigns the contract or any part thereof in any manner whatsoever without prior approval of the Government, the Collector shall terminate the contract and forfeit the entire amount of security deposit after giving him an opportunity of being heard.
