Section 21(1) in The M.P. Janpad Panchayat and Zila Panchayat Standing Committees (Election of Members, Powers and Functions and Term of Members and Procedure for the Conduct of Business) Rules, 1994
(1)The quorum necessary for a meeting of the Standing Committee shall be one-half of the members constituting the Standing Committee for the lime being inclusive of the presiding authority.
