                                    Order

05/10/2021

This contempt petition has been filed for alleged willful

disobedience of the order dated 17.01.2018.

This Court while disposing off the writ petition had given

direction to decide the representation by reasoned and speaking

order in accordance with the law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order

passed by this Court has not been complied with till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

(Downloaded on 06/10/2021 at 09:26:45 PM) (2 of 2) [CCP-519/2021] This Court finds that the order was passed in the writ petition filed by the petitioner on 17.01.2018 and the contempt petition has been filed on 29.07.2021 and as such due to period of limitation prescribed for filing the contempt petition, the same cannot be entertained.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that at least liberty may be granted to the petitioner to raise his grievance in appropriate legal proceedings.

This Court finds that if any other legal remedy is available to the petitioner under the law, he is always free to avail the same.
