11. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Ms. Naidu, learned counsel for Commissioner of Endowments, Odisha, Bhubaneswar on instruction submits that Sri Sri Sidha Bhairabi Bije at Mantri Dihi is an indexed institution and Sri Sri Sidha Bhairabi Bije at Haradanga is only a Puja Committee and functioning within the compound of Sri Sri Sidhabhairabi Bije at Mantri Dihi. She undertakes to file an affidavit of learned Commissioner of Endowments, Odisha, Bhubaneswar in that regard by 6th December, 2024.
3. Put up this matter on 9th December, along with all the connected matters.
