Section 1 in The Chhattisgarh Non-Government Colleges and Institutions in Higher Education (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2006
1. Short Title and Commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Non-Government Colleges and Institutions in Higher Education (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2006.(2)It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.(3)It extends to the whole State of Chhattisgarh.
