162. Petition for stay of execution.
- Petitions for stay of execution unless accompanied by a petition for urgent disposal under rule 161 above will be put up with the case on the date fixed for the admission of the case:Provided that petitions for stay of execution filed in appeals under section 47, Civil Procedure Code, which are to be heard by a Division Bench, shall be placed before a Single Bench which shall dispose of the petitions for stay of execution only.
