Section 41 in The Punjab Co-operative Land Mortgage Banks Act, 1957
41. Primary Land Mortgage Bank.
- The provisions of sections 2, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 31, 34, 35, 36 and 37 shall apply mutatis mutandis to all Primary Land Mortgage Banks established for the purposes of this Act.
