Section 3(1) in Kerala Agricultural University Act, 1971
(1)There shall be established and incorporated in and for the State of Kerala University by the name "The Kerala Agricultural University" which shall consist of a Chancellor, [a Pro-Chancellor] [Omitted by Act 16 of 2001], a Vice Chancellor, if any, a General Council, an Executive Committee, an Academic Council and other authorities and officers as set forth in this Act or as provided in the statutes;
