63. Casual vacancies in marketing committee.
- When the seat of a member elected to a marketing committee becomes vacant or is declared vacant or his election including bye-election to the marketing committee is set aside, the Director shall fix the date to fill the seat and the provisions of these rules shall thereupon mutatesmutandis apply accordingly.
