Section 385(4) in The High Court of Chhattisgarh Rules, 2007
(4)The Chief Justice, for special reasons, may refer to the Accreditation Committee the case of any deserving candidate for consideration of according accreditation in relaxation of the rules and guidelines and on such reference the Accreditation Committee may advice the Chief Justice suitably.
