Section 136(a) in Rajasthan District Board Account Rules
(a)Works shall be executed strictly in accordance with the specifications given in the approved estimates. The terms of agreement shall be strictly enforced and nothing shall be allowed to be done tending to nullify or vitiate any agreement.
