Mr. Harshad V. Hameed, learned counsel who is on caveat, appears and takes notice on behalf of respondent no.2 and 3 in the SLP arising out of W.A. NO.1525 of 2010 and respondent no(s).2, 34 and 35 in the SLP arising out of W.A.No.1527 of 2010. We heard Mr. Manoj Swarup, learned senior counsel appearing for the said respondents.

Status quo, insofar as seniority of the respective parties, has to be maintained by the parties, until further orders from this Court.

Post the matter in the last week of July 2019.
