15. Powers and duties of the Pro-Vice-Chancellor.
(1)Subject to the control of the Vice-Chancellor, the Pro-Vice-Chancellor of a University shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be assigned to him by the Vice-Chancellor.(2)The Pro-Vice-Chancellor of a University shall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes and the Regulations.
