(1)Any person whose name is included in the Register of Registered Dentists may be nominated as a candidate for election under Clause (a) and Clause (b) of Section 21 of the Act and any person who is declared as a member of the Assam Medical Council may be nominated as a candidate for election under Clause (d) of Section 21 of the Act.
