Section 25(25) in Haryana Distribution and Retail Supply Licence
25.2Within one month of the end of each financial year, the Licensee shall calculate the difference for the financial year between the actual values of Conditions 25.1(a) and 25.1(b), and submit such calculation to the Commission for approval. The mode of payment will be decided by the Commission from time to time in accordance with Section 12(3) of the Act.
