Section 3(2) in The Jammu and Kashmir State Forest Corporation Act, 1978
(2)The Corporation shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in its corporate name and shall have the power to acquire, hold and dispose of property for the purpdses of this Act.
