Section 20(1) in Uttarakhand Benami Transactions (Prohibition) Act, 2016
(1)Any person aggrieved by an order of the Adjudicating Authority may prefer an appeal in such form and along with such fee, as may be prescribed, to the Appellate Tribunal against the order passed by the Adjudicating Authority under Section 15 within forty-five days from the date of such order.
