Section 26 in The Gujarat Special Economic Zone Act, 2004
26. Power of Authority to make regulations.
- The Authority may, with the previous approval of the State Government, by notification in the Official Gazette, make regulations not inconsistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder, for enabling it to perform its functions under this Act.
