Section 1 in The Rajasthan Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Ordinance, 2004
1. Short title, commencement and extent.
(1)This may be called the Rajasthan sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Ordinance, 2004.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.(3)It shall come into force at once.
