Section 39(2)(e) in The M.P. Farmers' Organisation Election Rules, 1999

(e)If the Election Officer, is satisfied that any ballot box has in fact been tampered with, they shall not count the ballot papers contained in that box and shall follow the procedure laid in Rule 44 in respect of that polling station.
