Section 55(1) in The Rajasthan Molasses Rules, 1985
(1)The licensee holding a licence in Form M-III shall not received his supplies of molasses from any person other than-(i)a person who holds in the State of Rajasthan a licence in Form M-I or M-III;(ii)a person who is directed by the State Government, the Excise Commissioner or the District Excise Officer to sell molasses to him;(iii)a person outside the State of Rajasthan.
