Section 22(1) in The Maharashtra Narcotic Drags and Psychotropic Substances Rules, 1985
(1)A licence in Form O. P. I or O. P. II shall be granted in respect of such quantity of opium as may be fixed by the Collector or authorised officer in this behalf.
