Section 27(1) in The Andhra Pradesh Prevention Of Begging Act, 1977
(1)Whoever is found begging in contravention of the provisions of Section 3 shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than six months but shall not be more than two years or with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees or with both.
