Section 38(1) in The Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University Act, 1998
(1)The rights conferred on an institution by recognition may be withdrawn or suspended for any period by the Executive Council, if the institution has failed to observe any of the conditions of its recognition, or the institution is conducted in a manner which is prejudicial to the interests of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries Educations or research.
