3. Establishment of the University.
(1)There shall be established a University by the name of the Andhra Pradesh Logistics University;(2)The headquarters of the University shall be at Kakinada.(3)The University may open additional campus centres beyond the initial campus at Kakinada;(4)The University encourage to use technology extensively as part of its curriculum in line with modern pedagogic concepts;(5)The University may be permitted by the Government of Andhra Pradesh to conduct distance education programmes after satisfactory running for a period of five years and after satisfactory demonstration of quality and accreditation standards;(6)The University established under sub-section(1) shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal and shall sue and be sued by the said name.
