Section 3(6) in The Maharashtra State Council For Occupational Therapy And Physiotherapy Act, 2002
(6)A person who holds or who has held, office as the President or Vice-President, as the case may be, shall subject to the other provisions of this Act, be eligible for re-election to that office.
