(h)The Trust has given an affidavit to follow the policy of reservation of the State Government, giving 25% reservation in admissions to the permanent residents of Uttarakhand and giving 25% rebate in the fee to the permanent residents of Uttrakhand and to appoint all the employees of group 'C' and 'D" from the permanent Residents of Uttrakhand;
