Section 48(6)(ii) in Assam Panchayat (Constitution) Rules, 1995

(ii)the Officer as under sub-rule (1), shall allow the members present as under clause (i) of sub-rule (6) to inspect the two separate ballot boxes to be used for the purpose and thereafter secure and seal such ballot boxes and place them before him.
