- When the Inspector is satisfied that the limits of humidity allowed by the schedule to Rule 20(b) are never exceeded, he may, for any department other than the Weaving Department, grant exemption from the maintenance of the hygrometer. The Inspector shall record such exemption in Form No. 6.
