HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE KULDEEP MATHUR Order 14/07/2022 In terms of the order dated 15.03.2021, fresh survey has been conducted and the report thereof has been presented.
Learned AAG Shri Pankaj Sharma submits that he has forwarded copy of the report to the Secretary concerned and is waiting for response.
The affidavit of the Principal Secretary, Department of Education to satisfy the Court regarding the steps taken/proposed to be taken for curing the shortcomings pointed out in the survey report shall be filed on record positively by the next date of hearing.
List on 04.08.2022. The Principal Secretary, Department of Education shall join the hearing of the writ petition through VC on that day.
