Section 2(m) in Gender Sensitization & Sexual Harassment of Women at District Court, Surat and Courts under the jurisdiction of District Court, Surat (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Regulations, 2013
(m)"Court precincts" means the whole premises of the District Court, Surat and Courts under the jurisdiction of District Court, Surat, including the Court Block, open grounds, parking, Chamber Blocks, libraries, canteens, Bar-rooms, health centres and/or any other part of the premises under the control of Principal District Judge of the District Court, Surat;
