Section 2(c) in Rajasthan Schools (Regulation of Fee) Act, 2016
(c)"Deputy Director" means the Deputy Director of Education or any equivalent officer working under the Director of Elementary Education/Director of Secondary Education, designated as such by the State Government, or Deputy Director of any other Directorate of the State Government, entrusted with the task of supervision of the schools imparting any kind of education in the State;
