Section 6(2) in The Rajasthan District Boards Act, 1954
(2)The candidates of all castes and communities shall be entitled to seek election and if a candidate is elected from more than one constituency, he shall not retain more than one seat in the Board, which he may choose in the prescribed manner within the prescribed period.
