Section 22(1) in Nims University Rajasthan, Jaipur Act, 2008
(1)The Board of Management of the University shall consist of the following, namely: -(a)the Chancellor;(b)the vice-chancellor;(c)five persons nominated by the Sponsoring Body out of whom two shall be eminent educationists;(d)one expert of management or information technology from outside the University, nominated by the Chancellor;(e)one expert of finance, nominated by the Chancellor;(f)Commissioner, College Education or his nominee not below the rank of Deputy Secretary; and(g)two teachers, nominated by the vice-chancellor.
