Section 322(d) in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
(d)cause such water-closet to be provided with such means of constant ventilation as the Commissioner shall deem adequate by a window or other aperture in one of the walls of such water-closet or by an opening directly in to the external air, or by an airshaft or by some other suitable method or appliance; and
