Section 92(2)(b) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Pension) Regulations, 1984

(b)If he desires to get a fraction of the pension commuted, he should apply afresh in Form 20 so that arrangements for medical examination are made in accordance with the procedure laid down in Chapter-XIII.
