Section 13(2) in The Orissa Secretariat Service Rules, 1980
(2)The select list shall remain in force for a period of two years with effect from the date on which the list was by approved Government under Sub-rule (1) or till the corresponding continuing select list is prepared under Sub-rule (3) of Rule 13 whichever is earlier.
