 .                Learned counsel for the petitioner submits

that reference is made in the petition as proposed Advocates' Clerk Association of Bombay High Court Bench at Aurangabad having 25 members. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that list of these petitioners is placed on record at Exh.A and instead of prosecuting the petition on a premise that the petition is filed to be prosecuted through an association, the individual persons who are the Advocates' clerks be permitted to prosecute the present petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner ::: Uploaded on - 22/01/2019 ::: Downloaded on - 23/01/2019 02:26:46 ::: (2) wp632.19 prays for amendment to the petition to that effect. Oral prayer is allowed. Amendment be carried out by tomorrow.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner then submitted that these petitioners are questioning the authority of Advocates' Association and accordingly certain statements and consequential prayer clauses are required to be incorporated in the petition. Proposed amendment is only in furtherance of the basic pleadings in the petition. In view of the submission, the oral prayer is allowed. Amendment be carried out by tomorrow.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner also prays for amendment by way of adding the Administration of this Court as party respondent. Oral Prayer is allowed. Amendment be carried out by tomorrow.

4. Post the petition on 28.01.2019.
