12. The Chancellor.
(1)The Chancellor may be appointed from amongst/or by the members of the Promoting Society.(2)The Chancellor shall have such powers as may be conferred on him by this Act or Statutes made thereunder.(3)The Chancellor shall have the following powers, namely -(a)To call for any information or record.(b)Such other powers as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
