Section 10(3) in Jharkhand Raksha Shakti University Act, 2016
(3)The Pro Vice Chancellor of the University shall be a whole -time officer of the University. He shall hold office, on such conditions as may be determined, by the Chancellor, in consultation with the State Government, for a period not exceeding three years during the pleasure of the Chancellor.
