1. Vide order dated 12th January, 2021, this Court had directed the learned Special Public Prosecutor for the CBI to file tabulated chart indicating the role assigned to each of the nine surviving accused/ respondents as also the admissible evidence adduced by the CBI qua them.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further time to file the said chart.
