Section 36(1) in The Rail Land Development Authority (Development of Land and Other Works) Regulations, 2012
(1)In case of selection of a developer or lessee through an open tender, Vice-chairman or the officer authorized by him in this behalf shall cause a tender notice to be issued, in the manner as determined by the Authority.
