5. Pawnbrokers to exhibit their names over shops, etc.
- Every pawnbroker shall -(a)always keep exhibited in large characters over the outer door of his shop or place of business his name with the word pawnbroker in the chief language of the locality; and(b)always keep placed in a conspicuous part of his shop or place of business so as to be legible to all persons resorting thereto the information required to be printed on pawn-tickets by rules made under this Act, in the chief language of the locality.
