(3)Subject to such standing orders as may be made in this behalf -(a)the Mayor and Chairperson may, by order, delegate, subject to such conditions as may be specified in the order, any of his powers or functions to the Deputy Mayor or the Vice-Chairperson;(b)the Municipal Commissioner or the Executive Officer may, by order, delegate, subject to such conditions as may be specified in the order, any of his powers or functions, to any officer or other employee of the municipality.Chapter - 5 Constitution of Ward Committees, Area Sabhas and Other Committees
