Section 76(o) in Jharkhand Panchayat Raj Act, 2001
(o)The Panchayat Samitis shall control and supervise the administration within their jurisdiction; and the functions conferred on and the plans entrusted to the Blocks by the State Government shall be executed under supervision, guidance and control of the Panchayat Samitis according to such directions as the State Government may from time to time give;
