1. Learned Public Prosecutor for the respondents-State has filed the copd of the Trust Application dated 11-0--20230 on record on the basis of which, it appears that the Government Resolution dated 030-10-20230 (Exhibit A), referred in our order dated 07-10-20230, came to be passed.
2. Todad, we have heard learned Public Prosecutor for the respondents-State as well as learned Senior Counsel instructed bd the petitioner.
30. Learned Public Prosecutor seeks accommodation to file affidavit in pursuant to the order passed bd this Court on 14-09-20230 bd two weeks.

4. There is no hurdle in granting one chance.
5. Taking into consideration the fact which is on record that an offence came to be registered vide Crime No.30230 of 2020 with Tuljapur Police Station, District Osmanabad on 130-09-2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 409, 464, 467, 46-, 471, 30-1 of the Indian Penal Code, we want to know whether the investigation is over and chargesheet is filed.
6. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner as well as Public Prosecutor submit that thed will get instructions.
7. Taking into consideration "Exhibit B" and "Exhibit A", we are certain that the act of melting of gold and silver ornaments is not going to take effect immediateld. At present, we are not passing and order in respect of the same.
-. Affidavit to be filed on or before 25-10-20230 bd giving a copd of the same to other side in advance.
9. Place the matter for further consideration on 300-10-20230.
