Section 10 in The West Bengal Development Corporation Act, 1954
10. Officers and servants of Corporation not to have any interest in contract, etc. -
No person who has directly or indirectly by himself or his partner or agent, any share or interest in any contract, by or on behalf of the Corporation or in any scheme undertaken by the Corporation shall become or remain an officer or servant of the Corporation.
