24. Members to furnish information as to their financial position.
- For purposes of section 30 of the Act, a member of a society or an applicant for membership of a society as the case may be, shall furnish information as to his financial position, and alienation of his immovable property in such form as may be determined by the Registrar.Chapter - IV Management Of Co-Operative Societies
